What can I say... Today we took 4 competitors to the Somerset open, we as a club have adopted a purely Ecological Model in our classes for about a year now. Using a constraints led approach to find solutions to problems which arise when live training, rather than drilling specific solutions to specific problems. As a coach I am overwhelmed with how they did...

Thank you to all our team for helping these guys prepare for the tournament we may stand on the mats as an individual but we prepare as a team.
